Description

Fire safety and fire-mechanical survivability of structural polymer composites:

Fiber reinforced polymer composite have found fascinating applications due to their high specific strength, while suffering huge fire hazard and loss of integrity during combustions. The fellow´s work will be to investigate the fire performance and failure time under stimutanesouly fire and stress loadings, which will provide insightful guidance for development of polymer based fire protective surface coating. The studies subjects will be reinforce fiber reinforced polymer such as epoxy resin with intrinsic flammabilities.

Requirements

To be an undergraduate university student in their last year or MSc student in any scientific discipline (physics, chemistry, computer science, mathematics, etc.) or engineering.

To hold a valid Spanish residence permit.

STAGES OF THE SELECTION PROCESS

Deadline for submissions: 19/03/2023.

First Stage. The applicants will submit their registration together with their CV, academic records and Spanish Id (either DNI or NIE) and will receive an automatic confirmation of reception.
