Análisis avanzado de imágenes 3D en materiales biodegradables

IMDEA Materials Institute is a public research organization founded in 2007 by Madrid’s regional government to carry out research of excellence in Material Science and Engineering by attracting talent from all over the world to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment. La posición ofertada pretende dar soporte a la investigación de propiedades mecánicas y mecanismos de degradación de materiales bio absorbibles a base de Mg fabricados por impresión 3D. Andamios porosos han sido fabricados por fusión selectiva por láser, ensayados en varias condiciones (mecánicas, degradación en fluidos, y combinando estas dos) y caracterizados por tomografía de rayos X. El análisis de parte de todos estos datos (segmentación por métodos apropiados -incluidos machine o deep learning-, evaluación de deformaciones por correlación volúmetrica de imágenes, etc.) será realizada por el candidato.

  • Grado en Ingeniería Industrial/Aeronáutico/Materiales/Mecánico o similar.
  • Conocimientos de programación (Labview, Python, Matlab, C++, …)
  • Nivel medio/alto de inglés tanto hablado como escrito.
  • Conocimiento en análisis de imagen en 3D por imagej, fiji, avizo, vgstudio o similar.
  • Curiosidad e inventiva.


Contrato de 4 meses a tiempo completo.
