Instructions

All applicants must prepare and submit their application in English and ensure that all required documents and information are included. Only complete and eligible applications submitted before the call deadline will be taken into consideration.

All necessary information and step-by-step guidance for preparing the application can be found in the official Applicants Guide, available for download on ATENEA’s website. It is the applicant’s responsibility to carefully read and follow the instructions provided in the guide.

Applicants are required to use the official templates available on the ATENEA website for the Curriculum Vitae (CV), Research Proposal, and Ethics Self-Assessment. Applications that do not follow these templates may be considered incomplete and, therefore, ineligible.

Applicants are reminded that only one application per candidate is permitted. In cases where multiple applications are submitted, only the most recent version submitted before the deadline will be evaluated.

Application procedure

The application including all requested documents will be submitted through IMDEA Materials Jobs Portal.

The application process will be open from September 20, 2025, at 09:00 AM (local time) until December 15, 2025, at 06:00 PM (local time).
