Description

Characterization of the deformation and fracture mechanisms of metallic polycrystals through the application of diffraction contrast tomography (to assess the 3D polycrystal structure) in combination with in situ mechanical tests using electron-backscattered diffraction and high-resolution digital image correlation.


Requirements

PhD in materials science, mechanics of materials or simialr discipline. Fluent English (written and spoken)


Conditions

Full time contract for three months
